What Creators Are Actually Making Doing Canvas UGC
Let me show you the numbers nobody is talking about.
I asked a group of Canvas UGC creators what they made this month. Not their best month ever. Not a highlight reel. Just what did you make doing this?
Here is what they said.
The Responses
One creator made $10,000 in a single month.
Another $11,000 this month and the top one sourced made $15,000.
One is sitting at $8,000 as her monthly base, meaning that is her floor, not her ceiling.
Another did $6,300 this month. One averages $3,000 every month like clockwork. Two others are consistently pulling $4,000 plus performance bonuses.
And then there is the one that stopped me: $2,500 a month working one to two hours a day.
These are not outliers. These are people who learned a model and worked it.
What the Model Actually Pays
Canvas UGC income is not one-size-fits-all. There are a few different pay structures depending on how your brand deal is set up and most creators are working inside one of three models.
Per Video (Flat Rate)
Creators get paid per video posted. The range I have seen is $20 to $55 a video — per post, not per campaign.
When I was actively posting, I was making $30 a video and posting 9 videos a day. Here is what that math looks like:
$30 x 9 = $270 a day = $8,100 a month
That is base pay. Before anything else.
CPM (Cost Per Thousand Views)
Some deals are structured around views instead of a flat rate. Creators in this model are earning anywhere from $1 to $5 per 1,000 views meaning the content does the heavy lifting. Post something that gets 2 million views on a $5 CPM deal and you just made $10,000 on a single video.
The upside is significant. The income is less predictable than flat rate, but for creators with strong content instincts, this model can pay dramatically more.
Performance Bonuses
Some brand deals layer bonuses on top of a flat rate. The video goes viral and you get paid again. A common structure looks like this:
100k views — $100 bonus
500k views — $500 bonus
1M views — $1,000 bonus
You already got paid to post it. The bonus is just the algorithm rewarding you twice.
Why These Numbers Are Possible
Canvas UGC is not influencer marketing. You are not being paid for your audience. You are being paid for your output and output is something you can control.
The creators making $3k, $6k, $8k, $10k a month are not more talented than you. They are not more followed. They learned how to post consistently on brand accounts, they understood what makes content perform, and they showed up.
I trained every single one of these creators & as a result of getting into Canvas UGC many of which have quit their full time jobs, stayed home with kids or traveled the world.

The Takeaway
There is a version of content creation that does not require you to build a following, or have any fame. It pays per video. It pays per view. It stacks bonuses. And based on what real creators are reporting right now, it is working.
You are already reading about it. That is a good sign.
